This beautiful Mediterranean style house was built in the late 70’s, on a plot of 1200m2, located in a residential area, near the access stairs to the beach of Sa Riera.
It is built according to the unevenness of the plot, giving it different levels and personality.

From the entrance a large hall with wide views to the Medes Islands gives way to the living room with fireplace and access to the terrace from where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views.
