Beautiful historic farmhouse located in the old town of Premià de Dalt.

It consists of the farmhouse of the XiV century, the defense tower of the XV century, the attached cellar and, in the courtyard, the house with stable and barn, both from the XVIII century.
The square tower has a first floor and 4 floors with a spiral staircase, Gothic windows, embrasures and machicolations. The rear roof has a four-sided roof of Chinese inspiration, crowned with a green enameled ceramic “ciborium”, on a wooden structure built on the battlements.
This farmhouse, with a central body and gabled roof, was renovated by the new owner around 1753, adding the sinuous façade, typical of the Baroque style, crowned with green enameled ceramic “ciboria”.
In front of the house, in the courtyard, there is a pond, arcaded on four sides, with a fountain with a stone statue, which pours water from the Serviol spring.
The courtyard has a balustrade and a pergola with wide views, and is enclosed with walls and double doorway, with stone arch topped with double eaves.
The construction is of high quality, renovated in 1930 by the renowned architect Isidre Puig Boada, from the restoration team of Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia.
New floor slabs in areas of the house and the cellar around 1996. It is in a good state of preservation.
The property includes the undivided half of 2 hectares of rustic land, with the water spring of the “Font de Serviol” and the 800 m aqueduct to the house.
In addition, two water wells, one of them with a water well, as it is located in a segregated plot. Public water supply.

(There is a project of rehabilitation of the great room in a loft with a loft and a WC).
4. Attached house.
First floor: Stables and an open room with an arch for the carriage.
Second floor: Barn with porch and large room with three windows and door.

In the courtyard there are two garages, for one car each, with roofs and walls, with open entrance, without door.
