On each of the sides of this beautiful piece we have two glazed rooms that can be completely opened to the outside, one of them is a summer lounge, and on the other the 75 meter pool integrated half inside and half outside, making it an easy pool to use all year round. On both sides of the central area, we have two double rooms with access to the garden and pool and a full bathroom to share, that is a total of 4 double rooms and two full bathrooms.

The double height of this piece, creates a multipurpose room in wood open to the room. The best noble materials have been used to build this unrepeatable property. An exquisite and refined taste. The spectacular wine cellar designed by architect Jorge Vidal, winner of several architectural awards for the high quality of this project in 2016. From the house, the winery is accessed from the garden through a discreet tunnel-shaped passageway as the winery is buried under the garden and to gain light, air and sun, the facade is south facing, open with large windows overlooking the vineyards. About 15.000m2 of varied vines, white and red.

The winery is designed for production and for own consumption. An annual production of about 8,000 bottles. The winery is divided into four connected buildings, with spaces for services and facilities. In the first building, there is the useful space for the agricultural development of the vines, together with the laboratories, bottling areas and cold storage. The second is for the must maceration vats. The third is for storage in barrels and bottles at rest. And finally, the fourth building is for tastings, a space for 40 people to enjoy, with two fireplaces, views and storage of the bottles for corkage and toilet facilities.
