Beautiful village house with garden near the beach – Alt Emporda

This beautiful village house is located in Vilacolum, a small village just 4 kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Sant Pere Pescador. It has been carefully renovated down to the smallest detail by the owner and his Italian architect over many years.

It was important to create a cozy and authentic atmosphere under the criteria of Feng Shui. Both the upper and lower floors are accessed directly from the two adjacent streets without stairs.
