This beautiful property is on the outskirts of the medieval village of St. Martí Vell.

It is a 5 minute walk to the village and local restaurants etc.

The property has two houses: The older one, a farmhouse, dates back to the 16th century, some features of the house are the original wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and stone walls. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a sitting room/library with fireplace, WC, wine cellar, a fully fitted kitchen, and a spectacular large vaulted dining room in original stone. The second house, “Casa Nova”, was a converted barn in 2008. Upon entering, you are struck by the light and space provided by the split levels and open floor plan in keeping with the original structure. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a hardwood built in library leads to a living room with fireplace and access to a nice terrace. Below is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the second bedroom. On the ground floor there is a modern open plan kitchen and a dining/living room with fireplace and access to the summer dining porch and BBQ, overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden. On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms with a stone and mosaic tiled bathroom.
