This house stands out for its spectacular location on the beachfront with access to the coastal path of Platja del Raco, and Illa Roja beach, Begur.
Beautiful views of the Medes Islands from the two terraces, from the living room, or from the pool.
It is distributed in two levels.
On the first floor, living room with access to terrace and pool, and fully equipped kitchen. On this level we have the parking area as well.

On the lower floor, two double bedrooms with sea views and total privacy, and a third bedroom for the children. They share two complete bathrooms both with shower.
From the three rooms we access to a large terrace with views and privacy and to the door that gives access to the coastal path to go to the beach.
