This beautiful Mediterranean style house is located in the residential area of Prat Xirlo, an area bordering the pine forest that connects Calella with Palafrugell with Palafrugell and less than 1Km from the wonderful beaches, restaurants and the center of this emblematic village on the Costa Brava.

The house was built in the 90’s, on a plot of more than 500m2, distributed over three floors.
From the ground floor area, we access the garden area, terraces and swimming pool, porches and direct access to the pine forest, where you can enjoy a walk through the forest or walk to Palafrugell.
Inside the house, a large hall gives way to a spacious living room with fireplace and access to the porch and pool, dining room and kitchen with dining area and fireplace.
