Zone: Sants
Sants is the oldest and most populated neighborhood in the district of Sants-Montjuïc. It borders the Avinguda Josep Tarradellas, Berlin Street and the Tambla del Mig. It is a very well connected neighborhood, perhaps the most accessible to any point in the city, through the Barcelona-Sants railroad station. Near the neighborhood we find the Plaça Espanya and Montjuïc (about 15 minutes walk).
The neighborhood has a village air and is very commercial, not in vain, Sants Street is the longest commercial street in Europe. It is a traditional and popular neighborhood, very good for families with children although the offer of apartments for rent makes it attractive for all types of people. Its major festivities reflect the character of this neighborhood, full of cultural life, vindictive and with a strong neighborhood cohesion.
Sants is one of the three neighborhoods of Barcelona with the greatest offer of apartments for rent, although you can also find second-hand apartments for sale, new construction and official protection, as well as unique and different from other areas of the city, as low houses redoubt of the historical pieces of the neighborhood. The prices per square meter are prices of the average band of Barcelona. Most of the buildings are low, between 3 and 7 floors with very functional floors.
