The house has been restored over five years with absolute care and a deep respect for its essence. Many materials come from historical ruins of the region and the missing elements were faithfully reconstructed. Behind the traditional aesthetics hides a completely updated infrastructure: new installations, ventilation and insulation, energy rating C, hot water by thermoelectric or condensing boiler, heating with Jøtul fireplaces or town gas and cast iron radiators for uniform comfort.

The main kitchen combines authenticity and functionality, with a hand-carved stone sink, historic tiles, porcelain switches, custom woodwork and discreetly integrated appliances. The suite offers a spacious wellness area with a spa-like tub and shower, precise thermostatic control and a serene vegetal setting.
